Um Austausch, Wiedersehen, Zusammenarbeit. Darum, neue Kontakte zu kn\u00fcpfen und alte zu pflegen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Da liegt die Vermutung nahe, dass sich alles auf einem Retreat noch st\u00e4rker um diese Themen dreht. Wir m\u00f6chten das Retreat zu einem Ort machen, an dem der Community-Gedanke noch st\u00e4rker pr\u00e4sent ist. Aber! Wir m\u00f6chten nicht vorgeben, wor\u00fcber ihr euch austauschen sollt. Viel lieber ist es uns, vorher in die Community reinzuhorchen: Was sind aktuell Themen, die dich besch\u00e4ftigen? Was sind vielleicht sogar Themen, die dich schon eine Weile oder auch lange Zeit begleiten? Egal ob positiv oder negativ, hier ist genug Raum f\u00fcr beides.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ist es f\u00fcr euch spannend, \u00fcber Themen zu sprechen wie: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Was hat euch geholfen, den Einstieg zu finden? <\/li><li>Wie bringen wir die Community n\u00e4her zusammen?<\/li><li>Wie st\u00e4rken wir das Engagement in der Community?<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Deine Gedanken zu diesen Themen sind extrem wertvoll f\u00fcr uns, denn wir m\u00f6chten ein Format schaffen, was dich anspricht.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wir sind gespannt auf alle Antworten und freuen uns schon jetzt auf den Austausch auf dem Retreat 2020! <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">English Version<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Dear WordPress-Enthusiasts &#8211; this one&#8217;s for you!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>WordCamps are about Community. About getting to know each other, working together, bonding and deepening contacts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>That leads to the supposition that on a WordCamp Retreat it is even more about such things. We&#8217;d like to create a place in which the idea of being one community is present. But we do not want to prescribe which things we are going to talk about. For us it is very important to know which things and topics are important to you: What are the topics that bothers you?
