April 2020 (abends) bis zum 3. Mai 2020 (mittags) im Zimmer Deiner Wahl gleich mit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die Exklusiv-Buchung des Hotels und die im Ticket enthaltene Verpflegung f\u00fchren dazu, dass <strong>jeder Hotelgast<\/strong> ein regul\u00e4res <strong>WordCamp Ticket<\/strong> w\u00e4hrend seines Aufenthalts ben\u00f6tigt. Dies schlie\u00dft mitreisende Partner und Kinder ab 6 Jahren, mit ein.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Das Ticket kostet 60\u20ac f\u00fcr das gesamte Wochenende zzgl. dem unten genannten Zimmerpreis.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dein Zimmer bezahlst Du dann direkt vor Ort an das Hotel.<br>\nBarzahlung, VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Girocard.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Bei Nicht-Erscheinen (No-Show) wird der Preis des Hotelzimmers f\u00e4llig<\/strong>,  die Rechnung geht an die buchende Person. M\u00e4rz 2020 m\u00f6glich und muss per Mail an das Orga-Team erfolgen, das  WordCamp Ticket kann nicht erstattet werden und verf\u00e4llt mit der  Stornierung.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Das <a href=\"http:\/\/www.hotel-park-soltau.de\/hotel\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Hotel Park Soltau<\/a> verf\u00fcgt \u00fcber<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>178 Einzelzimmer<\/strong><br> 64,70 \u20ac pro Zimmer und Nacht<\/li><li><strong>20 Doppelzimmer<\/strong><br> 81,30 \u20ac pro Zimmer und Nacht f\u00fcr 2 Personen<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\" \/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Finanzielle Unterst\u00fctzung<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sollte Dir die Teilnahme an unserem WordCamp Retreat aus finanziellen\n Gr\u00fcnden nicht m\u00f6glich sein, kontaktiere bitte das Orga-Team, damit wir \ngemeinsam eine L\u00f6sung finden k\u00f6nnen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\" \/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Bildrechte<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mit dem Ticket kauf erkl\u00e4rst du dein Einverst\u00e4ndnis zur Erstellung  von Bildaufnahmen deiner Personen im Rahmen des WordCamp Retreat Soltau  2020 sowie zur Verwendung und Ver\u00f6ffentlichung solcher Bildnisse zum  Zwecke der \u00f6ffentlichen Berichterstattung \u00fcber das WordCamp.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\" \/>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"color:#5c1e55;font-size:30px\" class=\"has-text-color wp-block-paragraph\">Die <strong>Teilnehmerzahl<\/strong> ist auf <strong>220<\/strong> begrenzt, also trage Dich unbedingt f\u00fcr den Newsletter ein um nicht den Start des Ticket-Verkaufs  zu verpassen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Anmerkungen zur Buchung im Doppelzimmer: <\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Doppelzimmer<\/strong> sind aus organisatorischen Gr\u00fcnden <strong>zwingend doppelt zu belegen<\/strong>;&nbsp; f\u00fcr das zweite Ticket erh\u00e4tst Du einen Gutschein. Damit muss dann das<strong> Ticket via Gutschein<\/strong> gekauft werden.<\/li><li>Bei einer <strong>Buchung im Doppelzimmer<\/strong> bekommst Du f\u00fcr die <strong>zweite Person<\/strong> per eMail einen <strong>Gutschein<\/strong>, damit diese sich auch in der Teilnehmerliste registrieren kann. Diese <strong>Registrierung<\/strong> ist f\u00fcr unsere Planung zwingend <strong>erforderlich<\/strong>.<\/li><li>Der <strong>Check-In<\/strong> im Hotel muss <strong>gemeinsam<\/strong> erfolgen und es gibt nur eine gemeinsame Rechnung f\u00fcr das Zimmer.<\/li><li>Es besteht die M\u00f6glichkeit ein <strong>Zustellbett f\u00fcr ein Kind<\/strong>  in die Doppelzimmer dazuzubuchen (15\u20ac \/\/ Nacht). This includes partners and children from 6 years of age.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>The ticket costs 60\u20ac for the whole weekend additional to the below called room prizes.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>You will pay the invoice for your room on site<\/strong> <strong>directly to the hotel. <\/strong>Accepted forms of payment are: cash, VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Girocard.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In the event of a no-show, you are obligated to pay for the hotel room. The invoice goes to the person who booked the all-in ticket. You can cancel your reservation until March 1st, 2020. To cancel, please send an e-mail to the organization team. The WordCamp ticket cannot be reimbursed and will expire with your cancellation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The hotel offers<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>178 single rooms<\/strong><br>\u20ac 64,70 per person and night<\/li><li><strong>20 double rooms<\/strong><br>\u20ac 81,30 per room and night for 2 persons<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\" \/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Travel Assistance Support<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you have any problem to attend our WordCamp due to financial reasons, please contact the organizer team and we will try to find a solution together.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\" \/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Usage rights<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">With buying the ticket, you agree that photos of you may be taken during the event and allow the organization to use these images for publications about the WordCamp.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\" \/>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"color:#5c1e55;font-size:30px\" class=\"has-text-color wp-block-paragraph\">The <strong>maximum number<\/strong> of tickets will be limited to <strong>220<\/strong> <strong>attendees<\/strong>, so don&#8217;t miss the start of the ticket sale and subscribe to our newsletter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\" \/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Notes to the booking of double rooms:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>For organizational reasons, <strong>double<\/strong> rooms must be <strong>occupied by two persons<\/strong>; for the second ticket you will receive a coupon. With that coupon you have to buy a <strong>ticket via coupon code<\/strong>.<\/li><li>After the ticket and room booking process, a <strong>coupon code<\/strong> will be created for the second person in the room. <strong>The ticket registration for the second person is mandatory.<\/strong><\/li><li>The <strong>check-in<\/strong> must be done <strong>together<\/strong> by two persons sharing one room. There will be only a <strong>common hotel invoice<\/strong> for the room.<\/li><li>It is possible to book an <strong>additional bed for one child<\/strong> in a double room (15 \u20ac \/\/ night).
