Verhaltenskodex<\/h2>\n

Wir haben es uns zur Aufgabe gemacht, f\u00fcr das WordCamp Retreat Soltau eine sichere und einladende Umgebung f\u00fcr alle zu schaffen. Genau darum geht es im WordCamp-Verhaltenskodex und dieser ist mitunter ein Grund, warum WordCamps allgemein so wundervolle und positive Veranstaltungen sind.<\/p>\n

Damit dieses Format ein Erfolg wird erwarten wir von allen einen respektvollen und r\u00fccksichtsvollen Umgang miteinander, sowohl innerhalb als auch ausserhalb des offiziellen Programms.<\/p>\n

Wir m\u00f6chten dich bitten, dir f\u00fcnf Minuten Zeit zu nehmen und den offiziellen Verhaltenskodex<\/a><\/strong> <\/span>zu lesen, um dich vor dem Event damit vertraut zu machen. Dankesch\u00f6n!<\/p>\n

Falls du einem unerw\u00fcnschten oder inakzeptablen Verhalten ausgesetzt bist, oder bemerkst, dass jemand anderes einem solchen Verhalten ausgesetzt ist, oder falls andere Bedenken auftreten, teile uns dies bitte so schnell wie m\u00f6glich mit, damit wir gemeinsam eine L\u00f6sung finden k\u00f6nnen.<\/p>\n

Code of Conduct<\/h2>\n

We\u2019re dedicated to making WordCamp Retreat Soltau a safe and welcoming event for everyone. This is\u00a0what the WordCamp Code of Conduct is all about and it is one reason why WordCamps are such amazing and positive events in general.<\/p>\n

To make this format a success, we expect you to treat each other with respect and consideration, both inside and outside the official program.<\/p>\n

We’d like to ask you to take five minutes and read the official Code of Conduct<\/span><\/a><\/strong><\/span>,<\/span> to get familiar with it before the event. Thank you!<\/p>\n

If you are subject to undesirable or unacceptable behaviour, notice that someone else is being subjected to such a behaviour, or if you have any other concerns, please notify us as soon as you can\u00a0so that we can find a solution together.<\/p>\n
