Das freiwillige Helfen bei WordCamps ist eine von vielen wunderbaren Gelegenheiten, etwas an WordPress und seine gro\u00dfartige Community zur\u00fcckzugeben.<\/p>\n<h3>Was wir von Dir erwarten<\/h3>\n<p>Deine Aufmerksamkeit und Unterst\u00fctzung bei der Arbeit, die im Rahmen des WordCamp Retreat geleistet werden muss.<\/p>\n<p>\u00dcber Deine Hilfe in diesen Bereichen w\u00fcrden wir uns freuen:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00dcbertrage Deine Begeisterung auf die Community und hei\u00dfe die Teilnehmer mit Deinem strahlensten L\u00e4cheln willkommen. Du bist das Gesicht des WordCamp Retreat.<\/li>\n<li>Mache die Menschen gl\u00fccklich, \u00fcberreiche ihnen ihren besonderen #WCRETREAT \u00a0Swag.<\/li>\n<li>Lasse das WordCamp auch danach weiterleben und arbeite im Videoteam mit.<\/li>\n<li>Motiviere unsere unsere Speaker, Workshop- und Activityleiter und Sponsoren vor Ort und stehe als Ansprechpartner zur Verf\u00fcgung.<\/li>\n<li>Helfe dem Orga-Team und den Teilnehmern bei sonstigen Aufgaben, die w\u00e4hrend des WordCamps anfallen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Du wirst Teil eines einzigartigen Teams sein, viele alte und neue Bekannte treffen, und ma\u00dfgeblich daran teilhaben, dass das WordCamp Retreat eine wundervolle, erschwingliche, inklusive und f\u00fcr alle zug\u00e4ngliche Erfahrung wird. Volunteering at WordCamps is one of many wonderful opportunities to return something to WordPress and its great community.<\/p>\n<h3>What we expect from you<\/h3>\n<p>Your attention and support in the work that must be done during the WordCamp Retreat.<\/p>\n<h3>We\u2019d be pleased about your help in these areas<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Bring across your enthusiasm to the community and welcome the participants with your brightest smile. You are the face of the WordCamp Retreat.<\/li>\n<li>Make people happy, hand them their special #WCRETREAT swag.<\/li>\n<li>Let the WordCamp live on and work with the video team.<\/li>\n<li>Motivate our speakers, workshop and activity leaders and sponsors on site and be available as a contact person.<\/li>\n<li>Help the Orga team and participants with other tasks that occur during the WordCamp.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>You will be part of a unique team, meet many new and old acquaintances, and make a significant contribution to making WordCamp Retreat an affordable, inclusive, accessible, and wonderful experience for everyone involved.
