WordCamp Retreat Soltau will be the first retreat-edition ever and it takes a lot of pioneering spirit to organize such an event.
\nWith „only“ 250 attendees, it can be considered as a rather small or medium sized WordCamp. By choice, because we wanted to collect first experiences on a smaller scale as well as we intended to respect the general\u00a0WordCamp agreement<\/a>:\u00a0WordCamps should benefit the local WordPress community.<\/em>
\nThe interest and feedback of the local community will be valuable indicators for future WordCamp Retreats, maybe at a bigger or regional size.
\nOf course, we are looking forward to meeting our friends from abroad in Soltau and we don\u2019t forget about them: there will be an English Track for the presentations and during the activities, the organizers will do their best to assist and to include\u00a0non-German speaking attendees. \u00a0Here, we also rely on your support: Inclusion<\/strong> is an important pillar for the awesomeness of the WordPress community.<\/p>\n
